DATES: August 8-10, 2025
FORMAT: USA Softball Double Elimination 3 Game Guarantee
DIVISIONS: Men’s C, D, E, Women’s
HOST: Gallatin Valley Softball Association - Bozeman Softball Complex
CAMPING: Limited camping is available at the complex, on a first come first serve basis.

SCHEDULE: Starting Friday August 10th, 6:00 pm for Men’s D and Men’s E Divisions. Scheduling will try to have local and closer teams play first rounds.
ENTRY FEE: $375
DEADLINE: Fee/forms due to your District Commissioner for signatures by 10:00 PM on August 3, 2025
SIGN-UP: Teams outside of District 7 should coordinate directly with their District Commissioner. Teams in District 7 (Bozeaman area) can register here. Checks are payable to Gallatin Valley Softball Association.
DRAW: The tournament draw will be in accordance with USA Softball and USA Softball of Montana rules. Brackets will be posted on gvsoftball.org
CHECK-IN: Prior to first game.
BAT TESTING: All bats must be tested prior to tournament play and have a sticker identifying that the appropriate USA Softball bat standards were met. Testing will be available Friday evening, August 8 from 5:30 – 8:00 PM, and Saturday morning beginning at 7:30 AM. Get there well in advance of your game time!
